Dental Insurance
Dental insurance helps to cover some of the expenses of routine dental care.
Stand-alone dental plans are available for individuals and families in a variety of benefit and coverage levels.
Plans may have different requirements in terms of the dentists covered by the plan.
· Indemnity Plans let you see any dentist who accepts insurance
· Preferred Provider Network Plans – Have a network of dentists that you can see for a lower cost share for services. Using Out of Network providers may cost more.
· Dental Health Maintenance Organization (DHMO) plans require that you use an in-network dentist to receive care.
